Inventions, discoveries, and the development of new theories are part of the journey of scientific research. Welcome to this dimension of the University, which works on knowledge production to find answers aimed at overcoming the challenges posed by various societal issues.
For both individuals involved in research activities and for the University and society, research is interconnected with teaching, innovation, extension, and artistic-cultural development. As it strengthens the learning processes developed in Undergraduate and Graduate programs, it also enhances their quality.
Scientific research develops competencies within the research community to produce reflections aimed at overcoming challenges and impacting different dimensions of life.
