► Credit transfer for courses

You can transfer courses already taken at other universities or in courses here at Unesc to the curriculum of the program you are enrolled in.

We have two types of credit transfer:

To request course validation, access Centac Online, request a new service named Credit Transfer for Courses. If the course was taken at Unesc, please indicate the course name and code.

► Certificate of isolated course

The certificate of isolated course is available for individuals from other institutions who have taken courses at Unesc and need to transfer them to their curriculum at their home institution.

► Proficiency exam

The preparation and administration of proficiency exams are the responsibility of a Special Examination Board, officially constituted by an act of the Undergraduate Education Board.

The academic calendar provides, each semester, the dates for registration and administration of this exam, which has specific guidelines published in the semester announcement.

REQUEST FOR SPECIAL PERIOD ACTIVITIES

► Graduation ceremony in special period

If you are unable to graduate with your class and need to graduate in a different period, you can request a graduation ceremony in a special period. The request must be made by the student via a memorandum submitted to the Academic Pro-Rectorate, justifying the reason for the graduation in the requested period. If approved, the graduation will be scheduled and will take place at a date and location determined by the university.

► Exam in special period

Students who miss an exam for a justified reason may request an Exam in a Special Period. Acceptable reasons include:

This request is made through Centac Online, in a new service named Exam in Special Period. It is important to attach the justification. The procedure will incur a fee generated via a payment slip. If the request is approved, the student will be informed of the date and location of the exam.

► Class in special period

Did you know that it is possible to open a class to take a course during a special period, such as during the holidays? For this, there must be a minimum number of enrolled students, as established by the institution. The dates and times for the course are determined only after the class is finalized.

Enrollment in a Special Period Class must be requested through the course coordination, which will submit the request to the Undergraduate Education Directorate.
