Make your semester happen!

What will your next semester look like? Have you thought about it? Planning your activities, choosing your courses, and reserving the ones you want to take is a task you need to do every semester. Re-enrollment takes place within set deadlines, and you can't miss it.

The renewal of enrollment is online, and you can do it quickly on Minha Unesc.

What can vary

If you are a regular student, meaning you are taking all the courses in your current phase from the beginning, the system automatically generates a suggestion for reserving courses for the upcoming semester. However, it is important that you check if what you intend to take meets your needs.

The steps are quite intuitive and easy. If there are no issues with reserving the courses, you can complete everything online and will be automatically enrolled.

Now, if you are not taking all the courses this semester and need to complete your schedule for the next one, you will have to select the courses you wish to take in the following semester.

If any issues arise, such as lack of prerequisites, schedule conflicts, lack of available spots, or non-payment of enrollment fees, the course reservation will not be processed, and the student needs to contact the course coordination to resolve the pending issues.

There are other details you need to know

► Enrollment Adjustment

If for any reason you made a mistake during re-enrollment or if you chose courses and schedules that were not yet defined within the reservation period, don't worry, you can make adjustments.

The adjustment dates and the outcome of the enrollment adjustment request are processed in the academic system, according to the deadlines specified in the re-enrollment notice.

► Enrollment in Excess Spots

Missed the deadline or want to add new courses to your schedule? In this case, you still have the chance to enroll in excess spots.

This option is not available for students enrolled in the 9th to 12th phases of the Medicine course and the Stage D of Psychology, as well as for those who have withdrawn, suspended, or abandoned the course.
