Grammatical Studies: A Look at the Morphology and Syntax of the Portuguese Language Aimed at Text Production

COURSE

In-person

Target Audience

Portuguese language teachers, students of Language and Literature, professionals who work with the language or who are sympathetic to the rules that govern it, as well as professionals who use the language in their daily lives and need to apply the rules of Portuguese to ensure effective communication.

Justification

The field of education requires teachers to be in constant pursuit of improvement so that the teaching-learning process is effective and meaningful for students, with a focus on citizenship education and autonomy regarding the use of the Portuguese language. In this sense, it is necessary, even for those with a degree in Language and Literature or related fields, to have a keen awareness of what is expected in language teaching in the 21st century, as knowing the language and speaking it are not sufficient for teaching – it is essential to know how to teach it to ensure the principles of assertive and efficient communication.
