The Press, Communication and Marketing Advisory works strategically to enhance and strengthen the brand positioning in different contexts and to engage and attract new students to the various courses at Unesc.
The department includes:
- Communication Agency (Agecom)
- Marketing
- Commercial and Relationship
The department is responsible for:
- Strategically planning institutional marketing campaigns to position the Unesc brand in different contexts;
- Developing the marketing plan for each institutional product, considering the specifics of the campaigns;
- Continuous analysis of the educational landscape to identify opportunities for positioning the Unesc brand in various institutional products and projects;
- Planning promotional actions based on internal notices and resolutions;
- Creating various graphic materials to meet institutional demands;
- Managing communication agencies, suppliers, and printing companies;
- Managing the institutional brand;
- Managing social media, websites, and digital marketing tools.
- Monitoring the journey of different audiences interacting with the University to produce content and marketing strategies aligned with each profile.
- Attracting and converting new students for the different educational modalities at Unesc;
- Creating new strategies for student recruitment;
- Monitoring digital campaigns;
- Tracking the customer purchase journey and producing content for marketing strategies;
- Establishing partnerships with public and private organizations to attract new students;
- Conducting visits to public and private schools to promote Unesc through its relationship programs;
- Conducting guided tours on campus to present Unesc's differentiators to its visitors.
- Providing assistance and guidance to all audiences through the various communication channels of the institution;
- In-person assistance and guidance to the public.
