It is the responsibility of the Budget Department to plan and control the budget in order to ensure the institutional sustainability of Unesc.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of the annual budget proposal;
- Projection of revenues and expenses;
- Monitoring of budget execution;
- Assessment of the actual needs for operating and investment costs of the Institution and its sources of funding;
- Preparation of studies on academic and university administration costs;
- Development and implementation of a participatory dynamic for departments in the preparation of budget plans;
- Preparation of budget plans with the participation of all levels and sectors of the institution;
- Establishment of specific channels for the dissemination of the institution's internal budget by access levels.
