The Unesc Competitions Department aims to develop and/or execute financial budgets for selection processes in general for public and private organizations.
The Competitions Department is responsible for:
- Conducting public or private competitions;
- Conducting external selection processes;
- Developing content and objective tests for public competitions and selection processes;
- Providing information about ongoing or completed public competitions and selection processes;
- Participating in/executing public selection processes for other public agencies through occasional hiring, exempt from bidding;
- Drafting notices and ordinances related to public competitions and selection processes, based on the profile of the respective public career.
- Forming/designating examination boards for the evaluation of objective tests and titles for selection processes in general;
- Issuing reports on all specific selection processes of Unesc;
- Monitoring and responding to notifications sent to the department.
