The Resource Acquisition Support Sector (Seacar) aims to systematize and promote actions to support the acquisition of both reimbursable and non-reimbursable resources from funding agencies (Federal, State, and Municipal Governments and Companies), focused on research and technological development.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnerships across various sectors to enable institutional projects;
- Disseminate opportunities for resource acquisition;
- Support resource acquisition initiatives;
- Coordinate financial support with government agencies;
- Evaluate the university's contribution in projects proposed by researchers to public and/or private agencies;
- Submit projects, provide and forward documentation, monitor project approval and progress, and assist in the preparation of financial reports;
- Maintain an updated registry of projects;
- Participate in project negotiations.
