The first is held with the gathering of graduates on the scheduled day, time, and location set by Unesc, after the request is made at the Academic Service Center – Centac. The cabinet graduation ceremony takes place with the directors of the Academic Units (UNAs) of the Institution and occurs in the presence of the course coordinator and a representative from the rectorate, following a formal request sent to the Pro-Rectorate of Education and payment of a fee at Centac. This option is available for urgent cases related to professional matters, relocation to another city, country, etc. In this case, the corresponding UNA for the course will schedule the date and time of the graduation ceremony.

What attire should be worn at the cabinet graduation ceremony?

Preferably, attendees should opt for formal attire, avoiding hats, flip-flops, shorts, and miniskirts.

Is a gown worn at the cabinet graduation ceremony?

No. However, at the end of the event, the Events Supervision provides gowns for those who wish to take photographs in the hall of the Ruy Hülse auditorium.

What is the ceremony like at the cabinet graduation ceremony?

Graduates sign the minutes and after the oath, they are called to receive their course completion certificate. No speeches or tributes are made during the cabinet graduation ceremony.

Can the graduate's family attend?

Yes, the graduate's family can participate, as the Graduation Ceremony is public and solemn.

Does Unesc provide photographers at the cabinet graduation ceremonies?

No. If the graduate wishes to document the event, it is their responsibility to hire professionals in the field.

Does Unesc offer a cocktail after the cabinet graduation ceremony?

No. The graduate can celebrate with their family and friends on a date, time, and location of their choosing, if they wish to commemorate the event.

Which department should be contacted to request a cabinet graduation ceremony?

The interested graduate must request a cabinet graduation ceremony at Centac, upon payment of a fee.

When can the cabinet graduation ceremony be requested?

The request for this type of graduation can be made in the last semester of the degree, provided that the student has completed all subjects and is up to date with their documentation. The documents are the responsibility of the Academic Secretariat.
